Terberg Special Vehicles, a global leader in customized transport solutions, is seeking a seasoned Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt to lead the next chapter of continuous improvement across our sales, production, engineering, service and business operations.

What will you do?

• In this strategic Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt role, you will:
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives that align with Terberg’s customer-focused values and strategy supported by the OGSM methodology.
• Train, coach, energize and mentor Green and Black Belts to create a pipeline of problem-solving talent.
• Promoting and safeguarding the lean six sigma methodology by, among other things, ensuring the quality of the review board meetings.
• Facilitate data-driven decisions that improve quality, reduce lead times and foster innovation.
• Use data analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities and measure success
• Collaborate across sites and cultures, creating a unified approach to continuous improvement.
• Make a lasting mark by building capability, trust, and operational excellence throughout the business embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Who are you and what do you bring?

• A certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with solid experience in manufacturing and engineering environments.
• A people-centric change agent with excellent communication and mentoring skills across all levels of the business
• A practical innovator with a strong analytical mind and hands-on problem-solving abilities
• A hands-on mindset and a passion for driving sustainable change preferring long-term impact over short-term gains.
• In-depth knowledge of business process improvement according to DMAIC is a must, knowledge of new product introduction processes based on DMEDI is considered an advantage
